God reveals the mighty work of salvation He performs when HE sends the Holy spirit to regenerate a sinner. At the time of the New birth, the Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells and seals; He changes the sinner to a saint and the new believer becomes identified with Jesus Christ and received assurance that the blessings of salvation are just a foretaste (downpayment) of the fullness of Redemption that will be realized when Jesus returns.
